A proudly family business, Dixon’s Auto Care was established in 1966 by Ted Dixon in 8 Mile Plains. Soon joined by his brother Jeff as an apprentice, Ted would pass the business on to Jeff and his wife Julie after retiring in 2000, with the workshop now located in Capalaba and boasting a team of three qualified mechanics.
Dixon’s Auto Care has polished its outstanding customer service and professional standard of repairs over the past 50 years, which has allowed us to form a loyal base of customers dating back to the 60s. This loyalty has extended through generations of families from grandparents to grandchildren, all bringing their vehicles to be serviced by our skilled mechanics.
The workshop has also become a pillar of the Capalaba community, regularly taking in school based traineeships, supporting local schools in other ways, and sponsoring other community programs and events.
